After booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher over the email, within 24 hours.

In the event that slots are unavailable, feasible alternatives will be offered based on the customer's preferences. A new voucher will be sent via email in such cases.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's original payment mode only.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.

Cancellations made 7 to 19 days prior to departure will incur a 60% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.

Cancellations made 20 days or more prior to the departure date will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances such as government regulations, health emergencies, medical issues, or adverse weather conditions, certain activities or tours may be rendered non-operational or cancelled. In such cases, the operator will attempt to provide a feasible alternative. However, refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

• If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 3 months of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount. (Subject to availability).

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of booking.
