DAY 1
Arrival in Manali
As you arrive in Manali on day one, check into your stay. After relaxing, explore the town and acclimate to the altitude. Visit local spots like the Hadimba Temple, Mall Road , and Vashisht hot springs, or enjoy a peaceful walk along the Beas River. Make sure to hydrate well and rest up, as your challenging yet epic journey through the Himalayas is about to begin. In the evening, the organizers will inform you about the tour .

What’s inside the package?
Inclusions

Royal Enfield Himalayan bikes will be provided with helmets for both the rider and the pillion passenger.

Terrestrial triple sharing accommodation (for couples, twin sharing will be arranged).

Meals:
The package includes breakfast every day from Day 2 to Day 10.
From Day 1 to Day 9, dinner is included in the package every night.
 

A backup vehicle is available that can carry one rucksack per person (note: trolleys are not allowed).

There is mechanical backup available in case of any bike issues during your ride.

An experienced group leader will provide assistance and guidance throughout the trip.

Transportation will be provided via comfortable vehicles, such as Tempo Traveller, Innova, Xylo, and Scorpio, depending on the group size, from Day 2 to Day 9.

All necessary permits, such as the inner line permit, green tribunal permit, wildlife fee, and environmental fee, will be included.

We provide fuel for the whole trip (if you take the rented bike).

We also provide a basic first aid kit and an oxygen cylinder for emergency support at high altitudes.

Bonfire Night.

Exclusions

You will arrange for your transport to the starting point and back home after the tour ends.

Lunch and snacks.

Personal expenses, including shopping, drinks, laundry, or phone calls, are not part of the package.

Tipping is not compulsory, but if you wish to, it’s on you.

You are responsible for any additional stays or transportation required before or after the scheduled trip dates.

You will be responsible for any accidental damage or repair costs for bikes resulting from misuse or crashes.

Anything not listed under “What’s Included.”

Any kind of insurance is not covered.

You will have to pay a security deposit of INR 5,000 per bike before the trip. It will be  refunded at the end if there is no damage to the bike.

If there are any delays or additional costs due to force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, they will not be included in the package.

The package does not include any parking or monument fees.

If you drop the vehicle anywhere, there will be transfer or tow charges.

Vehicle servicing or maintenance costs for the participant's own bike are not included in the package.
