The trek starts ascending to Tapovan from here, an alpine meadow known for its serenity at 14,000+ ft. height with views of Himalayan peaks such as Mount Shivling, Mery, and Bhagirathi I/II/III. The trail is full of dense forests, rocky paths, and glacial moraine. The trek is ideal for experienced trekkers only, as the ascents are quite challenging, and the trek also requires acclimatization for a better and more memorable experience.
